The meal plan - progress

So far so good - we've been going 8 weeks now and loving it. Cooking is less work when you have a plan, in the last 8 weeks, I haven't spent longer than 3 minutes cooking. It's so easy to do the shopping weekly when you know what you're going to the shop for. Then when you're cooking and can just take it out. Really so little effort... We also haven't eaten the same thing at all in the last 8 weeks. Except if it was a firm favorite.

The biggest bonus - I'm losing weight without even trying. Amazing!!!!
